How To Bring Your WFH Team Together

Opening my Calm app the other day there appeared a new soundscape entitled 'Open Plan Office' - offering the listener 30 minutes of uninterrupted background office noise (think ringtones, shuffled paper & gentle peals of hushed laughter). This got me thinking.

Whilst flexi-working is a cherished benefit of the new work 'normal' there are many who miss the camaraderie of a shared office / classroom / campus environment - why else would so many of us be listening to these very sounds tucked up in bed at home?
