The Hanbury Custom T-Shirt is our answer to the disappointing “premium” blank tee. Instead of adding a logo to an off-the-shelf shirt, we make every Hanbury from scratch in soft 100% cotton jersey, with men’s and women’s fits available within the same order. • Everyday Cotton Jersey: a soft, breathable cotton with a comfortable midweight feel. It has enough substance to avoid feeling thin or disposable, while retaining an easy drape for events, team clothing, uniforms, and regular wear. Our top recommendation for most Hanbury orders.
• Heavy Cotton Jersey: a thicker, denser cotton with greater structure and a more substantial hand-feel. It sits more firmly away from the body and gives the shirt a heavier, premium streetwear-style finish.

Both options feel more natural and substantial than the typical promotional blank. The heavier jersey is not necessarily better for every order: it is warmer and less fluid, while the everyday fabric is easier to wear across a wider range of conditions.

Artwork and Small Details

For the cleanest result, send logos and artwork in vector format, ideally AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF. Vector files allow logos, lines, and text to be resized without becoming jagged or blurred.

Very small taglines and fine lettering may need to be enlarged, simplified, or removed depending on their final position. Our design team will review the artwork and advise when a detail is likely to become too small to reproduce cleanly.
