Size Guidelines

Our Custom Sherpa-Lined Hoodies combine a substantial cotton fleece exterior with soft sherpa lining through the body and sleeves. Made from scratch with a full-length YKK zip, they are designed for outdoor teams, staff, travel, and cold-weather events.


Choose Your Outer Fabric

  • Heavyweight Cotton Fleece, 320gsm: 100% cotton with a substantial feel and a more manageable overall weight.
  • Extra-Heavyweight Cotton Fleece, 400gsm: 100% cotton and our thickest outer fleece for a particularly weighty hoodie.

Sherpa Lining

The soft faux-fur sherpa lines both the body and sleeves. Choose white or black as standard. Bespoke lining colors may be available for larger orders, subject to fabric availability and minimum quantities.


Made From Scratch

Choose a Classic or Slim fit, then customize the outer colors, hood, zip, pockets, cuffs, and contrast panels. Add embroidered crests, names, patches, or custom labels. Men’s, women’s, and children’s sizes can be mixed within the same order.
