Size Guidelines

Our Custom Zip-Up Hoodies are cut and sewn to order for teams, schools, workplaces, travel, and merchandise. A full-length YKK zip makes them easy to layer, while your choice of fabric, fit, colors, and details makes each hoodie your own.


Choose Your Fabric

  • Everyday Fleece, 280gsm: Our versatile standard option for everyday wear.
  • Heavyweight Cotton Fleece, 320gsm: 100% cotton with a thicker, more substantial feel.
  • Cotton Loopback, 360gsm: 100% cotton with a traditional looped interior.
  • Extra-Heavyweight Cotton Fleece, 400gsm: 100% cotton and our thickest fleece option.
  • All-Over Print Fleece, 300gsm: 100% polyester for full-color patterns and artwork across the hoodie.

Made From Scratch

Choose a Classic or Slim fit, then customize the hood lining, zip colors, pockets, cuffs, waistband, and contrast panels. Add embroidered logos, names, patches, or custom labels. Concealed pockets and sherpa lining are also available.

For artwork covering the whole garment, choose All-Over Print Fleece. Fine details may not align exactly across the front zip, pockets, or seams. Men’s, women’s, and children’s sizes can be mixed within the same order.
